This wonderful wallhanging is called "Tassels”.
I've been busy in my 9 month long baby-bubble, and while my hands have been occupied, it hasn't stopped my mind from running wild with ideas for new pieces and textures. I got the craving for fluffy cotton months ago, and I decided to incorporate the texture in the shape of tassels. While the original plan was to just add a few, I quickly realized that "the more the merrier!" definitely applies here! So I added as many as I could find room for - and I feel really good about it.
This design is one of my current favorites, and I have actually made a piece like this for our bedroom. Tassels. All. Day.
This piece is made from OEKO-tex certified cotton string (5 mm + 3 mm).
